About the Role

At Rippling, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses manage their workforce systems. As our Product Lead for Global Payroll, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of this product suite. Your expertise will be pivotal in defining roadmaps for our Global Payroll offering, ensuring that we deliver a product that meets the needs of our customers across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the roadmap and execution for the UK and Ireland in our Global Payroll product suite.
* Be the face of the product in the UK and Ireland, understanding the needs of users across our Rippling product suite from HRIS, Timesheets to the Spend App.
* Develop a product roadmap and define the product vision, strategy, and goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful product development and launch.

What We're Looking For

* 7+ years of Product Management experience.
* Self-starter with a bias towards action.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Owned a successful product from inception to launch.
* Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work.
* Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
