Treasury Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Finance Transformation Team at Checkout Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enabling our Finance and Treasury Teams to deliver on our objectives through system implementations, process re-engineering, and operating model design.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and maintain our Treasury Management System (TMS), Kyriba, including leading implementation with our partner and building/enhancing BAU processes and controls.
- Partner with Treasury and Finance teams to ensure TMS and surrounding BAU processes are developed and optimized for functionality, reporting, audit, and control requirements.
- Manage and own support tickets for Treasury system issues internally and externally.
- Assist in delivering the Kyriba roadmap, identifying automation/BAU problems, and influencing broader Finance teams to remove roadblocks.
- Support project plans, RAID logs, RACIs, and reporting on progress to governance forums.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure effective and timely delivery of audit evidence/support during year-end audits.
- Manage BAU responsibilities, including prioritization and handling of BAU activity and KPI monitoring.
Requirements:
- Experience in finance transformation projects/programmes where systems and processes are implemented through process re-engineering.
- Understanding of best practice treasury processes with a focus on payments processing.
- Strong experience in educating stakeholders regarding treasury-related processes and their impact on the business.
- Able to define strategic banking requirements and experience in ISO20022 formats.
- Good understanding of systems, banking, and integration approaches.
- Able to map processes, outlining risks and controls.
