We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at 83zero. As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Service Management, Service Integration, and Management Solutions for our clients using the ServiceNow Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow using Service Management practices based on our client and industry standards.
- Co-design and develop new ServiceNow Applications, solutions, and services as required.
- Take ownership of defined complex business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- Assist the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the release level of effort.
- Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to ensure optimization and compliance when IT organizations use the ServiceNow Platform.
Requirements:
- Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Scripting skills in JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
- Good communication skills (written and speaking skills) and strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experience in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services, and ITOM.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA
- Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist
Eligibility for SC clearance and DV clearance is preferred.
