We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at a franchised Motor Trade main dealer group in Leatherhead.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to work in a fast-paced environment, advising on technical queries or issues, dealing with customers, and cross-selling customer repairs and parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and colleagues.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
  • Book vehicles into the service department and inform customers of progress.
  • Finalize invoices and ensure accurate billing.
  • Cross-sell customer repairs and parts to increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a busy dealership.
  • Technical skills and experience are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and create lasting relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
