About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Receptionist to join our team at Nuffield Health Barts Hospital. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow, directing visitors to the appropriate areas and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, and other documents as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service and ensure the department runs smoothly.
