About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Westgate Healthcare. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Managing the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed
  • Providing administrative support to the Home Manager, including ordering supplies and maintaining records

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in an admin or receptionist position
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team with a caring nature and positive attitude
