About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Westgate Healthcare. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained, and handling administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
  • Coordinating with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home, including placing orders and distributing materials
  • Handling telephone inquiries, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a clear and polite telephone manner. Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role is essential, and you should have good administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You will be a team player with a caring nature and a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
