Customer Service Executive Opportunity

We are excited to be working with our esteemed client, a leading provider of exceptional customer experiences, as they seek to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team in East Grinstead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and response.
  • Resolve day-to-day queries related to the delivery of goods, processing customer correspondence, and working closely with internal teams and external customers.
  • Manage live chat, handling inbound queries and escalating issues to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of working to deadlines and service level commitments.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous knowledge of logistics and delivery services is desirable but not essential.
