As a Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide personalized care and support. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in IV therapy and holistic care. You will be a skilled communicator, able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes
