**Job Summary**

We are seeking a friendly and confident Sales Assistant to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. As an Agent Provocateur Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable client service, supporting day-to-day operations, and acting as an ambassador for our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the sales team in achieving sales targets
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a high level of store appearance
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating merchandise
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Assistant for premium/luxury brands
  • Positive, proactive, and outgoing personality
  • Understanding of one-on-one client service and clientelling
  • Passion for lingerie and ability to communicate confidently with customers
