Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Urban Foresight. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives and ensuring that our employees have a positive and productive work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance management data.
  • Support all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics, including turnover, headcount, and training participation.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards, including employment law, data protection, and health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and CIPD qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
