We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across schools in the WF postcode area.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Support: Assist students with SEN in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential.
  • Classroom Assistance: Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment, adapting materials and strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Behavioural Management: Assist in managing student behaviour, using positive reinforcement and appropriate interventions to support student development.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support each student's educational and personal growth.
