About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
