Key Responsibilities
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • CUSTOMER SUCCESS: Develop and implement customized success plans for each client, ensuring clear goals, timelines, KPIs, and action items.
  • MARKET ANALYSIS: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

As a Strategic Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet client needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business development, customer success, and market analysis. Our training program includes personalized coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Customer Success, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, and financial processes is a plus.
