Job OverviewBased in Harrow, Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calls on the system, operatives' diaries, and general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning repairs and maintenance requests to relevant operatives
- Ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
- Liaising with operatives, tenants, and clients
- Document Control - Ensuring worksheets are received and checked
- Working towards individual and client KPIs
- Tracking and monitoring to completion
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
