Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to join Navis Consulting as a Maritime Business Manager and lead our operations team in Glasgow.

You will be responsible for overseeing a large fleet of vessels, ensuring safe and efficient operation, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the maritime industry.
  • Outstanding technical knowledge and expertise in ship operations and management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
