Senior Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically focused clinical pharmacist to join our team at The Pharmacist Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to resolve medication-related issues, improve patient outcomes, and ensure better access to healthcare.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will support practice staff with prescription and medication queries, help with the repeat prescription system, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation. You will also provide clinical leadership on medicines optimization and quality improvement across the PCN.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a clinical pharmacist to expand their experience by working remotely for General Practices within the London Area. You will have the chance to work with a network of 100 pharmacists nationally and dedicated senior pharmacist support.
Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience using clinical systems Emis / System1
- Completed CPPE Pathway / currently on CPPE pathway
