The RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Lead to join their team in the UK. As a key member of the Operations & Maintenance department, you will be responsible for leading performance and reporting initiatives, as well as process and project management.

About the Role:

">
  • Act as E2E process owner of Monthly Operational reporting, including coordination of all parts involved in this process, regular process reviews with site and refresh trainings on related products, proactive KPI data quality checks, CI and capture new business requirements for the Operational Reporting Landscape reports or other ORL products
  • Define and Own KPIs and operational metrics to support operations to steer their fleet and design standards and methods at fleet level
  • Implement and monitor fleet processes related to Performance Reporting
  • Support in producing weekly & monthly performance reports for multiple technologies (Solar PV, Onshore Wind, BESS)
  • Respond to Ad hoc requests in day to day work

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in operations or supporting functions for at least 2 years
  • Experience with visualisation software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
