About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineering Manager to join our team in Coventry. As a Senior System Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of estimates for the scope of work and resources required to deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of estimates for the scope of work and resources required to deliver projects.
  2. Manage and coordinate engineering activities, including risk identification and mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design proving evidence is comprehensive and meets regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and developers.
  5. Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new projects.

  1. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing engineering teams.
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. A strong understanding of engineering standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Benefits

You'll receive a competitive salary of around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave allowance and Share Incentive Plan.
