We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Flexible Helpline Team Leader, working from home as part of our Clinical and Community Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in delivering a high-quality, responsive, and well-led service across varying shifts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with incoming callers, adhering to GamCare's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor risk assessments and safeguarding attributes, ensuring compliance with HR and Operational policies.
  • Coordinate the allocation of call-backs, Forum, and Chatroom support, maintaining a high standard of quality assurance.
  • Attend team meetings, training, and group supervision as required.
