Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Marketing Manager at Blue Square, you will oversee promotional stand operations and team development during our campaign. You will lead Product Demonstrators, ensuring smooth collaboration with central teams, manage performance, and coordinate logistics with local venues and shopping centres.

Customer Experience:
Lead your team to generate excitement and buzz, boosting footfall and driving product interest. Foster brand advocacy through positive team relationships, building meaningful and memorable experiences for every customer.

Brand Awareness:
Address team and customer queries while showcasing your in-depth brand knowledge. Stay at the forefront by maintaining expert knowledge of our products and staying updated on competitor offerings. Share your product and retail knowledge with your teams to enhance brand awareness and the ability to upsell.

Reporting and Feedback:
Capture key moments and product highlights through photography or video content. Provide daily event reporting, highlighting achievements, and offering valuable feedback to the team. Capture and report relevant data daily for performance analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and success.

Requirements:
You're experienced in retail management, customer focused with excellent customer service skills, experienced in logistics, reporting, and site management experience. You're self-motivated and proactive with a positive can-do attitude, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You're adaptable and flexible, motivated by sales and service, personable with high energy, a strong communicator, and eager to tackle challenges and embrace change. You must have a valid UK drivers licence.
