In this role, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to ensure alignment in business-level goals and implementations. You will also be responsible for reviewing business processes, systems, and operator tools to identify opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to address them.

About the Team

Amazon Freight is a trailblazing B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. Our Less than Truckload team is responsible for planning and scheduling transport orders placed by our customers and providing them with world-class support at each step of their journey.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
* Proven experience in senior roles within operations and/or program/project management
* Experience influencing stakeholders with different priorities and functions
* Analytical problem-solving skills
* Experience leading and driving change within large and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree
* Familiarity with statistics and application of statistics in operations
* Experience driving process improvement and familiarity with 6 sigma/lean
* Experience scaling product/programs
* Proficiency in German
