About the Team

Amazon Freight (AF) is a trailblazing B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. This role leads the AF EU Operations Less than Truckload team, which is part of the Pan-European central control center for Amazon Freight's Shipper Support and Transportation Execution.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
* Proven experience in senior roles within operations and/or program/project management
* Experience influencing stakeholders with different priorities and different functions including but not limited to technology, legal, and finance
* Analytical problem-solving skills, being able to diagnose root cause of issues
* Experience in leading and driving change within large and cross-functional teams
* Understand the business' and end user's needs, and proficiently translate those needs into the right solution

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree
* Familiarity with statistics and application of statistics in operations
* Experience driving process improvement, familiarity with 6 sigma/lean, green belt certification
* Experience scaling product/programs
* Proficiency in German
