Jefferies, a global investment banking firm, is seeking a talented Associate to join our Technology Investment Banking team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic transactions and advisory services across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare marketing materials to support M&A transactions
  • Develop detailed financial models to assess company valuations and evaluate strategic alternatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate due diligence processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate executives and private equity firms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • ~3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields with a focus on the TMT sector
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a demonstrated understanding of financial concepts and valuation methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines
