Senior Operations Manager

Morrison Water Services is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in South London and Thames Valley. As a key member of our Thames Water Capital Delivery Frameworks, you will be responsible for the delivery of water infrastructure projects from bid to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water infrastructure projects, with a civil engineering capability and good knowledge of industry professionals. You will be responsible for managing resource levels, agreeing and assisting in the development of Target Cost setting, coordinating of design and driving projects through the lifecycle process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of professionals to deliver world-class health, safety, and quality performance
  • Ensuring compliance with Morrison Water Services procedures and environmental processes
  • Supporting Thames Water in the delivery of their performance commitments
  • Assisting in maximising cash collection and delivering targeted margin

Qualifications and training include:

  • Preferably Degree, HNC or HND qualified in a relevant field for construction, engineering, project management or similar
  • SMSTS
  • NEBOSH National Certificate (General or Construction)
