CV-Library is now recruiting a skilled Legal Documents Specialist to support our growth and expansion



About the Role:
This role involves preparing complex legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and property transactions. You will work closely with third-party professionals such as estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you will require experience in a similar Paralegal role or at least 1 year as a Legal Secretary within the Scottish market. Essential skills include audio typing, computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A suitable legal qualification, such as Paralegal certification, is necessary for this role.

Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary for this position will be £22,000 to £28,000 per annum, based on experience. We also offer company benefits, definite progression opportunities, and flexible working hours, including full-time and part-time options, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance.
