About the Role

At Remedy Education, we are committed to providing exceptional support to children with Special Educational Needs. As a Behaviour Support Professional, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

You will be responsible for delivering one-to-one support to students with complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH or PMLD. Your expertise and patience will help these students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with parents and carers to understand the individual needs of each student
  • Develop and implement bespoke strategies to manage challenging behaviour
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Provide regular progress updates to parents and carers

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
