Senior Theatre Practitioner

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our dynamic team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and facilities in our state-of-the-art theatres. You will also have access to the Ramsay Academy, which provides opportunities for further qualifications and career development across our network of independent hospitals across the UK.

About the Role:

  • To provide high-quality patient care in our theatres, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • To work collaboratively with anaesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
  • To maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues promptly.
  • To participate in regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the NMC/HCPC.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in scrub, Anaesthetics, and Recovery.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs.
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
