We are seeking an experienced and proactive Divisional Personal Assistant to support our Divisional Directors in their daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating an active calendar of meetings, taking accurate minutes, and providing administrative support across various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
