Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual to take on a senior leadership role in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, developing care plans, and maintaining effective communication with residents' families and external organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Oversee the care staff and assume full management responsibility in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents' families and external organizations to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
