Role Overview: We are seeking a Family Support and Safeguarding Professional to join our MASH team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality social care services to children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with partner agencies to identify and address the needs of vulnerable children and families
  • To provide assessment, planning, and intervention services to support children and families
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve outcomes for children and families

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in social work or a related field
  • Significant experience of working with children, young people, and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-agency team
