Located in London, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the installation of high-end stonework on premium residential and commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our client's team as a Site Manager - High-End Stonework Contractor. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations, including scheduling, quality control, and workforce management. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and craftspeople to achieve seamless execution and meet tight deadlines.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in stonework or luxury materials, with exceptional organisational and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the high-end fit out sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations, including scheduling and quality control
  • Ensuring projects adhere to timelines and high-specification quality standards
  • Conducting regular site inspections and managing health and safety protocols
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow
  • Addressing and resolving on-site issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the high-end fit out sector
  • Strong background in stonework or luxury materials
  • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
