**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the office reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff.
  • Coordinate the booking and organization of meeting rooms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Conduct thorough office inductions, providing new staff members with a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Procure and maintain office supplies and stationery, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Process and manage post, including opening, sorting, and franking mail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
