We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to fill the role of Facilities Assistant at RSK Group. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the office reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff.
- Coordinate the booking and organization of meeting rooms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Conduct thorough office inductions, providing new staff members with a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Procure and maintain office supplies and stationery, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Process and manage post, including opening, sorting, and franking mail.
- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks, including water monitoring, fire alarm testing, and office inspections.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance works, ensuring minimal disruption to staff and operations.
- Assist with various other office-related tasks, as required.
**Person Specification:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Versatile and adaptable, with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
