RETAIND Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Projects Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing RAMS, liaising with contractors and employees, scheduling work, and communicating with colleagues and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
* Liaise with contractors and employees on-site
* Schedule work with the office administration team
* Communicate regularly with colleagues and management to relay crucial information
* Monitor to ensure works are being completed on time and correctly
* Ensure compliance with CDM (Construction Design and Management) Industry Regulations
Requirements:
* Previous project coordination/works organisation experience is helpful
* A full driving licence is required for occasional site visits
* Knowledge of Facilities Management or the construction services industry is preferred
* Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with internal and external personnel
* Accuracy in data entry and administration skills is essential
* Excellent relationship building skills with customers and suppliers
