We're looking for a seasoned Human Resources Director to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's HR strategy and ensuring seamless execution of M&A deals.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of human resources, business operations, and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with our CEO and other senior leaders to drive business growth, while also maintaining a positive employee experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale HR projects, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. You'll need to be a collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

We estimate this role will attract an annual salary of around £120,000-£150,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading HR due diligence, benchmarking, compliance, and stakeholder management activities for M&A deals
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth and organizational change
  • Collaborating with leadership teams to develop and execute organizational change plans
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations globally
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR colleagues, and external partners
