Job Description: Product Director for Governance Software

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the development and delivery of our governance software platform. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, UX, and sales teams.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure ongoing product growth and expansion by gaining marketing feedback from customers and prospects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams to build and launch products to market.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS with high user numbers.
  • Innovation: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that create outstanding value for users.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading high-performing product management teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong business acumen.
About the Role
