We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely movement of freight and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to arrange shipments and meet customer service standards
  • Ensure delivery of freight and clearance when applicable
  • Manage freight receipt and ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Meet KPI standards and compliance with regulations
  • Track and monitor shipments, and contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and accounting

Requirements:

  • Logistics industry knowledge preferred, but not essential
  • Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
