Part Time Weekend Claims Handler

We're seeking talented individuals with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills to join our part-time weekend team in our busy Service department as FNOL (First Notification of Loss) handlers.
As a Claims Handler, you'll support customers when they need us most, from minor mishaps to major accidents. You'll make a difference, putting customer needs first and helping them get back on the road and on with their lives as quickly as possible.
Our dedicated internal training team will equip you with all the necessary knowledge. You'll receive a laptop from day one and assistance will always be a phone call away.
After comprehensive training, you'll join an FNOL team and start taking calls and setting up new claims, both via phone and online, with the help and support of your colleagues. You'll offer advice and guidance on additional services and benefits available during the claims process.
You'll also benefit from on-going training to ensure you're always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via telephone or email.
- Provide a first-class service, displaying compassion and empathy when our customers need us most.
- Make a difference, whether through customer interactions or making the workplace an even better place to be.
These roles will be hybrid, with a minimum of office days a month (usually Saturday). However, many of our weekend staff choose to split their time between office and home working to make the most of our interactive and vibrant office culture.
Our starting salary is £, (pro rata) and after your first year, you'll also be eligible to receive up to £, (pro rata) free company shares annually, plus excellent Admiral benefits.
