About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Delivery Lead to join our team at Oscar Associates (UK) Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from a service provider standpoint, across service desk and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a close-knit team of technical professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Ensure SLAs are met across the board, through effective project management and coordination of internal resources.
  • Analyze areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading a service desk team.
  • Project delivery and management experience, with a focus on Microsoft Exchange and Azure solutions.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
