At the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we are seeking a skilled Project and Change Officer to lead the analysis of service design to prevent homelessness and reduce the number of households in temporary accommodation.

This is a challenging opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the Council's strategic approach to tackling homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key projects to improve efficiencies between frontline services and develop innovative ways of improving cross-departmental working.
  • Take the lead on analysing service design to prevent homelessness and reduce the number of households in temporary accommodation.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve objectives and ensure resident expectations are heard and met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project delivery, running workshops, and managing change initiatives in a housing context.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and make people feel able to share their views.
