We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in London.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of regulatory change and financial risk management, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive transformation in line with Basel IV requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of project management experience within finance, focusing on regulatory change, liquidity management, or financial risk and controls.

A strong understanding of Basel IV, liquidity risk management, and regulatory finance frameworks is essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will lead projects in regulatory finance change, focusing on liquidity management, financial risk controls, and Basel IV implementation. They will also develop and maintain project plans that align with regulatory requirements, timelines, and risk management standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects in regulatory finance change, focusing on liquidity management, financial risk controls, and Basel IV implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans that align with regulatory requirements, timelines, and risk management standards.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure regulatory compliance and robust control environments.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights into project progress and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation: Identifying potential project risks and implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met.
  • Change management: Supporting the organisation in adapting to Basel IV regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
