The Change Partners are a dynamic and innovative company within the Energy space, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their team forward. With a strong focus on growth and development, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of change projects that support long-term maintenance strategy. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for major CAPEX projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assessing and monitoring contractor performance to guarantee deliverables meet targets.
  • Managing contracts and supporting procurement processes, while ensuring compliance with European regulations.
  • Providing regular project updates and stakeholder presentations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Closing major projects effectively, ensuring they meet guidelines and deadlines.

With a strong background in project management, preferably in the Energy or Rail sectors, you will have the ideal skillset for this challenging role. A mechanical or electrical engineering qualification is advantageous but not essential. To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • At least 4 years of experience managing major projects.
  • A deep understanding of European procurement rules and their application.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
