About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fees Clerk to join our team at GRL LEGAL. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with experience in managing billing and fee collection activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our Fees Team, implementing cutting-edge billing systems, and optimising workflows to enhance efficiency.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting, analytical skills, and the ability to drive success through effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Fees Team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Implement advanced billing systems, streamline processes, and stay ahead of industry advancements.
- Manage all billing and fee collection activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust reporting.
- Develop points of contact for fee-related matters, building strong relationships with barristers, clients, and teams across Chambers.
- Analyse revenue trends and performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations to our leadership.
