Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of account management and business development within the Land and Property sector, including the growing community of Housing Association customers.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from marketing and technical pre-sales to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Land & Property and/or Location Intelligence sectors.
  • Technically minded with a strong understanding of GIS software and location data.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently.

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 basic, with uncapped commission.
