Accounts and Credit Control Assistant

Echo House Ltd is a market leader in Creative & Technical Design, Artworking, Digital Content, Printing, Experiential Brand Activation, and Sustainable Production. We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Credit Control Assistant to join our finance team.
Main Responsibilities- Work closely with the Accounts Manager, Assistant Accountant, and Finance Director to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Communicate effectively with clients and organisations to resolve queries and issues.
- Reconcile month-end accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Manage client on-boarding processes, including credit checks and Sage ledger set up.
- Audit draft invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience with client ledgers, credit control, and Sage Line 50.
- AAT qualifications or similar.
- Highly numerate and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management, customer service, and organisational skills.
