The Role

We're seeking an experienced Civils Engineer to lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals who deliver significant design projects. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the delivery of highways and drainage schemes for infrastructure and building-related projects, while also being responsible for the line management duties of your team members.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, from £1m to over £500m in value. Our current commissions include North Manchester General Hospital, several Renaker city centre residential schemes, the Cowley Hill Development in St Helens, The Horwich Loco Works, and GMP Trafford, among others.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A seasoned Civils Engineer with significant experience in the field
  • A positive influencer who can provide comprehensive technical guidance and support the development of team members
  • Proven experience in managing people and resources with empathy and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in using design software packages, including PDS, Flow, and Civil 3D
