The Role

You will lead a team of civil engineers, overseeing the delivery of highways and drainage schemes for infrastructure and building-related projects. Your responsibilities will include line management duties, ensuring the success of our projects and the growth of our team members.

With a focus on creative and innovative solutions, you'll work on projects across various sectors, from £1m to over £500m in value. Our current commissions include North Manchester General Hospital, Renaker city centre residential schemes, and The Horwich Loco Works, among others.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A seasoned civil engineer with significant experience in the field
  • A positive influencer who can provide comprehensive technical guidance and support the development of team members
  • Proven experience in managing people and resources with empathy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in using design software packages, including PDS, Flow, and Civil 3D
