Job Title: Warehouse Operative with Forklift Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Albert Bartlett in Boston, Lincolnshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience operating a forklift truck and is looking for a new challenge. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading machines with raw product, ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to, and completing necessary paperwork.

You will also have the opportunity to assist on packing lines, complete hygiene tasks, and perform general packhouse work as instructed by management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent attendance and time-keeping skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and safety.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of operating a forklift truck and hold a valid licence.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.43 per hour, plus a 50p per hour back shift premium, making a total of £13.03 per hour.
