As a Refuse and Recycling Operative, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by ensuring that waste is handled and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting refuse and recycling from the side of the road using a refuse collection vehicle
- Maintaining accurate records of collection activities
- Providing excellent customer service to members of the public
Requirements:
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
