Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Motor Salvage Administration Specialist to join our team at ASM Auto Recycling Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and transaction history.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Motor Vehicle Knowledge: Possess a general understanding of motor vehicles, with previous experience being an advantage.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including a clear and confident telephone manner.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers across various sales platforms, including phone, email, and webchats.
  • Teamwork: Be a team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • IT Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is preferred.
Working Arrangements

This full-time position offers a competitive salary (£24,500 - £29,200 per annum), commensurate with experience, and benefits that include a probationary period. Successful candidates must be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.

Salary: £24,900 - £29,100 per annum.
